Welcome to de Brand Image. By working with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services 
We provide creative marketing services such as content creation, social media management, and business growth support. Each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payments 
Payments are due as outlined in your invoice or package agreement. Services will not continue if payments are overdue. Refunds are not provided once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property 
All strategies, creative assets, and materials we create remain the property of de Brand Image until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities 
To ensure success, clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials. Delays in this may affect project timelines.

5. Liability 
While we aim to deliver impactful marketing, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Changes to Terms
